What We Expect at Red Dragon Security

At Red Dragon Security, we value professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to excellence. While prior experience in the armed forces, police, fire service, or security sector is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. We seek team members with strong customer service skills, a polite and professional demeanour, and the ability to deliver security services with competence and control.

Professional Conduct

High Standards: Whether on or off duty, employees represent Red Dragon Security. It is essential to maintain a professional, polite, and helpful attitude at all times. Avoid inappropriate language or a negative attitude when interacting with anyone on assignment.

Appearance: Employees must be smart and tidy in appearance. Male employees should be clean-shaven or maintain a neatly trimmed beard or Mustache.

Punctuality and Preparedness

Employees must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled start time to collect uniforms, attend briefings, and prepare for their shift.

Always ensure you fully understand your role and responsibilities. If you are unsure, ask your supervisor for clarification.

On Duty Behaviour

Smoking, eating, or using mobile phones or devices while in uniform is strictly prohibited.

Employees must never report to work under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol. Violation of this policy will result in strict disciplinary action.

Work Environment

Be prepared for long, irregular, or unsociable hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Some assignments may require staying away from home, such as in hotels or camping for a period of time. While participation is voluntary, employees who take on such assignments will gain more work opportunities and valuable experience.

Additional Information

Travel: For assignments requiring long-distance travel, Red Dragon Security may arrange transport in certain cases. However, employees are generally expected to commute to their work location.

Outdoor Assignments: If working at outdoor events that require camping, employees must provide their own camping equipment (e.g., tent, sleeping bag).

Pay Rates: Rates of pay vary based on the assignment, position, and qualifications (e.g., holding an SIA License).
